Integral Bonnet Needle Valve - NPT Male X FLUIDLOK Tube Fitting
The Integral Bonnet Needle Valve with FLUIDLOK Tube Fittings is engineered for leak-proof performance and precision flow
control in instrumentation and process systems. Designed for seamless integration with FLUIDLOK double ferrule tube
fittings, this valve ensures reliable, vibration-resistant connections without the need for threading or welding. Its
compact integral bonnet construction provides added strength, compactness, and ease of maintenance.

Application:
- Wide range of general purpose in liquid & gas handling applications.
Features:
- Integral Bonnet Needle Valve Forged Body designed in inline & angle flow pattern.
- Back seating of stem in fully open position prevents stem back out.
- Standard metal seal for pressure tightness at elevated temperatures.
Specifications:
- Standard pressure rating up to 6000 psi (413 bars).
- Standard PTFE packing and optional Graphoil packing for higher temperature services.
- Temperature rating for PTFE 450ºF (232ºC) & for Graphoil 1000ºF (538ºF).
Testing:
- Hydrostatic test: Body 1.5 times - 9000 psi (620 bars) & Seat 1.1 times - 6600 psi (455 bars).
- Pneumatic test: Seat - 1000 psi (69 bars)
- Valve is tested with nitrogen at 1000 psi for leakage at the seat, to maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1scc/min.
