Screwed Bonnet Needle Valve - NPT Male X NPT Female
The Screwed Bonnet Needle Valve with NPT Male x NPT Female ends is designed to provide precise regulation of flow in a
wide range of fluid and gas systems. Its robust construction and finely threaded needle stem ensure accurate flow
control and leak-proof shutoff, even in high-pressure environments.

Application:
- Wide range of general purpose in liquid & gas handling applications.
Features:
- One piece bar stock construction with full material traceability.
- Outside screwed bonnet design.
- Back seating of stem in fully open position prevents stem back-out.
- All types of valves have a self-centering, non-rotating needle on the valve seat, alternative seating to choose for every application requiring bubble tight shut-off.
- Safety stop pin (SS316 pin prevents detachment of the bonnet from the body due to vibrations).
- Bonnet-to-body seat, metal to metal seal eliminates the need of 'O'-Ring seals.
- Dust cap with colour identification.
Specifications:
- Standard pressure rating up to 6000 psi (413 bars).
- Standard PTFE packing and optional Graphoil packing for higher temperature services.
- Temperature rating for PTFE 450ºF (232ºC) & for Graphoil 1000ºF (538ºF).
Testing:
- Hydrostatic test: Body 1.5 times - 9000 psi (620 bars) & Seat 1.1 times - 6600 psi (455 bars).
- Pneumatic test: Seat - 1000 psi (69 bars)
- Valve is tested with nitrogen at 1000 psi for leakage at the seat, to maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1scc/min.
